Does rain deter criminals?
Research across the globe has provided mixed reports regarding the deterrence of criminals during wet weather. Some reports reveal that crimes are less likely to occur when it is raining and miserable, whilst others disagree and state that criminals prefer wet weather as it muffles sounds and their footprints.
